Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you with any information needed to help file a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
